Bob came, and promptly diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to inspect and correct the various outlets. He was professional and explained the cause of the intermittent outages. The cost of the visit was very reasonable.

Crew arrived and was willing to work around my need to not have electricity shut off while working from my home office. That had not been planned when I arranged the work & the crew was able to oblige. Installation of new lighting fixtures and GFI outlet was quicker than I expected. I'm very satisfied & will use the company again for any electrical projects I need done in the future.

We called to have someone come out and check a breaker that kept blowing. An appointment was set for the next afternoon. The day of service, we received a call from Jess stating that the technician was running a little behind but would be coming. It was very professional and courtesy for her call letting us know the technician would be late. The technician, Bob arrived we explained the situation, he first check the outlet to the range and then went to the electrical panel. Determining it was a bad breaker, Bob replaced the breaker. The overall experience was very professional and we use them again.

At Allen's Electrical, the receptionist, Jessica, answered my call and she was very courteous, helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable.  She tried to help me over the phone, even though I wasn't an established customer.  Once it was decided that I definitely needed an electrician, Jessica arranged for an electrician to come out within a few hours.  The electrician, Bob, was  very kind and professional.  He was very pleasant and didn't complain at all about being asked to hurry over. He fixed the problem.  Then 2 days later, I had another emergency and Bob came out again within 12 hours.  Once again he was very courteous and professional.  My experience has been that many contractors would be very grouchy over being asked to come out so quickly on two different occasions, especially since it was not a true electrical "emergency". It was actually more of an emergency because I didn't want to hold up the tile contractor.

Anyway, the wonderful professionalism displayed by both Jessica and Bob was absolutely refreshing and I could not recommend them any higher.

We came home to find the lights and fan out in our master bathroom. Tried all the obvious measures like checking the panel ourselves. Called Dennis and he got us on his schedule that morning. When he arrived he was able to fix our problem in less than 5 minutes. He is an incredibly kind and courteous professional who we would absolutely recommend to anyone..

Initially, there was confusion as to the appointment day and time; however, once that was cleared up, the electricians showed up when they said they would.  They explained what was wrong at each junction and what they would do to fix it.  They were professional, easy to talk to, and fixed our problems.  Even  though it was a small job for them, they took the time to make sure everything worked and cleaned up after themselves.  I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

It went very well! It wasn't working and it wasn't causing any problems for us. He was professional, prompt, and solved our problem!

It turned out that a switch was turned off at the wall causing the outlet to be dead. They were very good to my elderly Dad. They taped off the switch so he would not accidentally turn it off again. They were wonderful to work with , I will use them again for other electrical needs.

They were great.  We called a number of companies in the area and they were the only company that worked to fit it into their schedule.  Most of the other companies (all on Angies list) did not even bother to call back. 

They showed up when they said they would, had everything they needed to do the work, were extremely professional and friendly.  We'll be using them again.

The crew showed up early which was a plus for me. They introduced themselves and were friendly and professional. They got started immediately and finished rewiring several rooms before lunch. They provided the documentation I needed to acquire new homeowner's insurance and even gave me a discount for being a new customer. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them to friends and family. If you need electrical work done in Pinellas County, call them!

I spent about $200 on that service. I would tell others that he is honest and I like honest people.
