Michael came for an estimate the day after I called. It was a fair price. Kept me updated for his arrival that morning via text message due to heavy thunderstorm. Michael did an excellent job. Did not rush to get to next appointment. Made sure that everything worked perfectly before he left my home. Very pleasant person. Will definitely use this company again when I have future electrical needs!

I'm really happy with how everything turned out. These guys not only did what I asked them to do, but they were willing to go with my preferences, which wasn't the easiest path - you won't find that with just any contractor. I will be hiring them again in the short term and recommending them to anyone in Pinellas needing a referral for an electrician.

Jerry was very quick to respond, get me an estimate, schedule appointment and show up (unfortunately rare in these parts). The work was completed in a timely manner. He checked all appliance, ac, etc to make sure no problem with breakers tripping under heavy load. Left area clean. My husband was present and very impressed with his diligence. Not one problem. Everything went as promised. Very easy to work with, communication was clear and always understood where they were at during the rather large project. We now have hired them again for problems with another house we own. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I made an appointment for Friday 8th before the hurricane hit on Sunday Sept. 10th and he never showed. Therefore, I called and left a message, with a return number, to ensure he was still coming and up til today, Sept 19th, I haven't heard from him. I understand that we had a hurricane coming but a courtesy call to cancel the appointment would have been nice. I spent my morning waiting on him instead of preparing for the hurricane.

"We did have you scheduled to look at a Fan Remote that was not working. I apologize for the lack of communication. Prior the storm our service van was in the Auto garage wednesday scheduled to be picked up thursday. When the storm shifted paths we elected to have them lock the van inside the garage through the hurricane. I was unable to find documentation or a voicemail outside of the paperwork that was in the Van and no longer accessible to me. With Schools and Many businesses closed thursday and Friday. I spent those days away from the office assisting other family members to prepare for the hurricane. Once the projected path of the eyewall changed to Tampa we began to panic. We were very fortunate to book a flight out of Tampa 1 hour before the airport closed. I retrieved your message from friday morning my first day back to work several days after the storm had passed. I returned your call at that point but was met with a network error i assumed it was a result of utilities being down following the storm. I sincerely apologize to you for the inconvenience you have suffered. If there is a [Member Information Removed] that we can make amends for this issue: please request it."

I originally wanted to also see about adding a larger sub-panel so I could have room to add a couple of circuits later if desired. I got 2 quotes and this one came in about half of the other. This was partly due to this company being honest about what I really needed. They explained that I already had some breakers which were no longer being used and were therefore available for other applications. When they ran the new 220 line, they also suggested making some changes to my wiring for the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. And although they did a lot of work that was not in the original quote, they still actually charged me about 60% of the original price they quoted! I would highly recommend them and I will definitely call them for any future electrical work I need.

There were communication difficulties in getting them to come out. When they did come out, the work was of good quality, but the overall impression we were left with was that they were either so busy to respond to customers, or that we weren't that important to them.
