Affordable Screen & Window Rpr

I found it hard to find someone to do this kind of work in this area.  He went out twice to take the measurements.  He went back to his work shop and built the screens and then came back and install them.  They are pretty much average size windows.  I only found 2 people that were willing to do it and they gave me a quote that was twice his price.   He did exactly what he said he would do and he understood my time constraint and worked around it.  I needed it for a house inspection on a rental.   I really just met him in a church parking lot and only had interaction with him by phone.  He also does carpet and tile/grout cleaning, though I didn't use him for those services.
