Great the rats are gone and my wife feels comfortable sleeping in our house again. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I contacted Bryan Cleveland, the owner, on 19 May 2009. He returned my call within an hour or so and arranged to come to our home the next day to give us a free estimate. I had been hearing some noises in the attic during the day and was worried that we had some sort of wildlife in residence. Since there are two fruit trees on our property, we were concerned that we might have roof rats. Bryan arrived as scheduled and did a thorough inspection of the attic and around the outside of our house. He found the screening bent back near a roof vent allowing entry into the attic. In addition, there were fresh droppings in the gutters and in the attic indicating a family of rats in residence. Passageways in the insulation also showed that the rats were coming and going. Bryan gave us an estimate for his work and proceeded to set traps outside. He returned every day to check those traps. The heavy rains played havoc with the traps for the first few days, but then one very large male rat was caught outside on the roof. Bryan sealed up the entryway into the attic and placed traps within. As an extra precaution, he placed heavy screening over another section inside the attic that he thought might be an additional point of entry. None were caught inside; the rats were gone. I have not heard any more sounds coming from the attic. Bryan knows and does his job very well. He explained everything to us up front and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure to get to know him and have him working in our home. His estimate included all of the materials he used and multiple trips to our home over a 10-day period. It's also reassuring to know that his services include a six-month warranty for rats.
