I contacted Bryan on September 8th because I needed help catching an Armadillo that made a mess in my plants. He quoted me $125 which he said isn't paid until he catches the animal. He also said he fills in the hole once he traps the animal. He put out the trap and didn't catch anything through the week.. He came back Friday to check and found no animal. Instead of leaving the trap he took it with him. Monday morning I waited for him to return. He didn't. He didn't show up on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called him each day attempting to make contact to find out if he was returning otherwise I would contact another trapper. No reply until Thursday when he told me he had been out of town in Georgia. (My thinking, why didn't you contact me and let me know you were going out of town or were out of town!?) He arrived Thursday late put up the trap again and the next morning a little bunny was in it so I called him right away at 8:30 letting him now he hadn't caught the Armadillo but he did catch a little bunny. He informed me he would be there some time in the morning. I kept watch on the little animal since it was fairly young and had no water or food (I'm a softy for most animals!) when Bryan had not showed up by 1pm in the afternoon I got a friend to assist me in releasing the little thing. Bryan never showed up until 5:30 that evening and the only way I knew he had showed up was I saw his truck leaving. I checked and the trap was gone again. He never knocked at the door or said anything to me. I've never heard from him again. My guess, same as another reviewer stated below, Bryan is very busy and is not able to handle all the requests he gets. I had to have someone else help me. I would NOT contact Bryan again or refer him.

My house was smelling terrible. I called the A/C company. They checked my attic and said everything was fine. I continued
to smell a sour milk smell. I decided to call Bryan. He came out. After checking my attic, he told me that I had five areas in
my A/C ducts that had been chewed up by rats. They had been living in my ducts and I was breathing rat urine all night. He was
so helpful. He came back the next day with orange fluorescent spray paint and painted huge circles around each chewed up
duct. I called my A/C men out again and they realized that they had not checked thoroughly enough. I had to get 7 ducts replaced.
Bryan spent a few weeks trapping the rats and filled all the holes in my roof area with concrete (my house is almost 4,000 sq. ft.).
I am so thankful I found Bryan. He is excellent and professional.

Had a problem with rats in my pool area. They put down traps and bait, explained there plan to get rid of the problem. I have hired them to return to keep the problem under control. They have all but solved my problem and continue to check. I recommend this company.

I called Bryan because I was hearing noises in my attic. Bryan came out and set traps for rats outside my home where the rats were gaining access. After catching 4 rats outside he then closed off the access points and set numerous traps in the attic. Over a few days he caught 3 more rats in the attic. I am no longer hearing noise in the attic. Bryan is a very nice guy and he knows his stuff! I would hire him again! But I hope I don’t have to! :) DS

They were an A+ rated provider in Angie's List. They had a lot of reviews and what everybody said was what the owner of the company did. His price was reasonable. I liked what he did. He said that he would do it and that was what he did. He came out, figured out where the pests were coming in and laid traps. They stopped and he sealed up where they were coming in so they cannot come back in in the future. He laid traps again and he was pretty much done.

We were hearing lots of movement in our attic. We weren't sure if it was squirrels, rats, raccoons or what - but it sounded like a party up there. We called Bryan. He was out of town at the time, but returned our call within a few days - and was able to come over as soon as he was back in town. He looked around - climbed on the roof, explored inside the attic area and checked other possible entry points. He gave us a quote on the spot and came back the next day to seal all points of entry and set traps. He checked the traps every 3-4 days until we felt certain everything was out of the attic and nothing was able to get in. Bryan's work was guaranteed for six months. It's been eight months since his work on our house - and so far we haven't heard a thing moving around up there.
In my experience, pest control companies that say they can solve your rodent problems usually can't. Either they don't know what to look for, or they spend too little time looking for points of entry. We had two different pest control companies try to solve our issues with rodents in the attic and although they were able to trap rats - they missed the squirrels and obviously missed the points of entry. Bryan found about eight points of entry into our attic - each with signs of clawing and gnawing. They had been there for some time - so the pest control companies definitely missed them. Bryan sealed them all.

Bryan chcked the traps daily and rebaited as needed. When a racoon was trapped ay night, he was there the following morning to take him to rehab and release in Plam Harbor. He reste the traps for another 2 weeks. No other racoons were trapped, so he removed the traps and said to call him if necessary.

Very impressed with Bryan's knowledge and professionalism. He promised he would solve the problem and he did. He didn't try to oversell or overcharge, which I appreciated.

Overall well. I had climbed in my attic toward the front part and couldn't smell anything but he had to go back into the back of the attic which is cramped.

The entire project went great! I am more than satisfied and he exceeded my expectations. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the animals. His plan for getting rid of the animals and making sure they don't have access to my house was thorough and reasonable. His work ethic is strong, he showed up, he worked and he cleaned up the area before he left. One thing I was really impressed with is that he did not require a deposit and I paid for the job at completion. I would highly, highly recommend him. I told him when the job was finished that I liked working with him, but I hope to never see him again. He said most of his clients say that! He also provides a six month warranty in case there are any more problems.

Bryan trapped an armadillo that had lived under my shed for many years. He got it the first night and continued to leave the traps out to be sure. One caught a raccoon that he re-located at no extra charge. He was polite and professional and extremely knowledgeable about his business. Would absolutely recommend him and would use again for sure.

The process lasted over a ten day period. Bryan obviously knows what he is doing. First traps were set at what was determined to be

the key entry points. After these traps stop yielding rodents these openings and any other possible entry points were sealed with metal sheeting. Traps were then set in the attic to make sure all the rodents were gone. Finally Bryan went around the house with the various paint colors and painted his handy work so everything blended into the stucco

I apologize for the lateness of this report; I had handwritten it but for some reason forgot to post. One Saturday, my husband and I were on our way out, when we noticed something on the top of our entry way. It was a raccoon! Despite my husband throwing sticks and rocks at it, it was not moving. Finally it slipped into an opening under the eaves into our attic. After reading numerous on-line articles about raccoons, we determined our best option was to bring in a professional.
Brian came by on Monday, did an assessment, and provided steps on what he was going to do. He determined there were four openings in our roof that may have served as an entryway. There was also concern, the raccoon, may be female and could have had babies, which would have compounded the problem. After two days, Brian determined the raccoon was not in the attic and sealed the openings. He even painted the sealing with excess paint we had to match our home. While cutting the grass, my husband observed droppings in the back yard, Brian ascertained they were opossum droppings; set a trap and caught it. A trap was also set for the raccoon. It was caught and fortunately it was male! Brian was extremely knowledgeable, very patient with a nervous homeowner (me) and quite enthusiastic about his job. We made a referral to our neighbor less than a month later; she was quite pleased as well.

A Nuisance Wildlife Trappers did a really good job. He came out every day and checked traps and filled up entry points from where the rats were coming through. He was very friendly and answered our questions.
