Half way; have called many times to have them finish but they refuse.

Mr. Hubbell was paid to cut down and remove a dead Turkey Oak from the back yard that was sheding limbs in the neighbors yard. Mr. Hubbell came to my office and collected a check for $780 plus a payment for another job. He went to the house in Holiday Lake Estates, cut the tree down, which fell and damaged the neighbors fence. Then he fell off the face on the earth. We gave the neighbors his number to call to get their fence fixed, and he wouldnt calll them back. I had to pay antoehr company to come out, and finish cutting the tree and to haul it away. We are now in the process of paying a fence company to fix the damage to the fence. We will be taking him to small claims court for the difference and the fence repair. This company walked away with $780, damages the neighbors fence, and refuses to call anyone back.
