Hi. My name is William Owen. I am a licensed and insured Residential Contractor. I have been in this industry for over 25 years. I have worked for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and several investors doing whole home restorations prior to becoming a contractor. I decided to work with homeowners instead of investors because I saw a need for good, quality work to be done at a reasonable price in our area. I had an old discolored luma dome kitchen ceiling, After removing the frame, there was a lot of hidden damage. New drywall was installed and plastered. Also, fluorescent lights were replaced. Bill did a fantastic job!
