Fantastic ! Service was great. Sales lady (Pauline) was very knowledgeable / professional with recommendations as to best utilizing the space and also details about various options / price levels available.   
After deciding on options, the installer came out and verified the measurements prior to ordering.
After ordering, pull-outs arrived only a couple of weeks later and the installer arranged an appointment right away.
Your only job is to empty the cabinets prior to the installers arrival. You will want to do that anyway so that you can put the contents back into your fantastic new shelves !
Again, great product and really great people.
Would highly recommend.

After discussing the proposal for 3 hours (being very detailed), they installed what was agreed on. It makes the kitchen look like it has a lot less clutter!

This is one the best companies I have hired in the Miami area. I met with Pauline at my place to get an estimate for drawers/slide-out for all my bottom kitchen cabinets. My kitchen is old (1990) completed with pre-fabricated cabinets and I thought that it was going to be difficult to install the sliders. Pauline took her time and evaluated different possibilities for my cabinets. She was truly amazing, explaining every detail from the composition of the drawers to possible alternatives to maximize space in my cabinets. She answered every question during the initial visit and gave me three proposals based on their different products. 

After we drafted our contract, Pauline arranged for an installer to come in to corroborate measurements. He came in as scheduled and contacted me via phone to arrange for installation. The installer came on time and worked very neatly. He cleaned all the spaces he worked on meticulously and  did some extra work to improve the quality of his final product.

I am truly very pleased with this company. Excellent customer service!!! From the time you put in the call to arrange for an estimate to the time when the drawers are installed. They are a little pricey,  but every time I pull out my drawers I confirmed  that every dollar was worth spent. 

She's excellent. It's everything that she said that the product would be. The installer was also excellent. They were there when they said they're going to be, everybody is professional, so I was very happy with that. The pricing could be a little steep but again, the quality is there. The price is a little high but you kind of get what you pay for. You are looking at someone who is there when they are supposed to be, everything came out properly, was installed properly and they are very responsive.

We recently had Shelf Genie install drawers in our pantry. After meeting Pauline at a Home Show we made an appointment for her to come out to give us an estimate on building drawers and installing them in our pantry. We signed, because we were impressed with the quality of materials, the experience of the installer, and a general good feeling about Pauline’s integrity. We had recently remodeled our kitchen but had requested the contractor come back and install drawers in the pantry. The contractor never came back or called, so we decided to find someone else. The previous contractor had already built a double door entry to the pantry with an upper and lower door appearance that matches the rest of the kitchen. The existing doors had four (4) hinges on each side, the right side had been built out to make the pantry the same depth as the cabinets on the other side of the refrigerator, the refrigerator had a large deep storage area built over it. To maximize space Pauline advised us that the installer would extend the drawers out
the additional 4 inches to the new doors and would advise the installer that he the placement of single drawers and double drawers would be based on working around the door hinges. The build out of the drawers system and subsequent installation was scheduled for three (3) to four (4) weeks later.
They called within three (3) weeks and scheduled the installation. When the installer came in and started working, we realized that he indeed was very good at making adjustments as he worked. The existing door hinges did indeed cause issues with the layout
which he adjusted to as he worked through the installation. We were very satisfied with the quality of the product, the installation (the installer working very hard to make sure that he maximized space usage as he adjusted), the final design had the same number
of drawers and a top shelf, and the quantity of singles and doubles that we needed. I of course ended up with a well organized pantry with much more accessible space, than what I started out with.
I am very happy that I decided to contract Shelf Genie to finish our pantry, they did an excellent job.

The ShelfGenie designer, Dinora, helped me figure out the best solutions for the shelves that really optimized my storage space, and their owner, Pauline, is easy to reach if you have questions, and they are on time with the appointments and installation.  Would highly recommend getting these shelves to make your life easier and to add value to your home!

Pauline arrived at appointment on time and did all the measurements and calculations necessary to install pull-out shelving for my kitchen cabinets in my condo kitchen.  I originally called because I was interested in shelving for the pantry. However, the pantry was unusually angled and would require additional carpentry work. I opted to wait on this project. However, while she was there, we measured for all my other cabinets.  The timing for the order was as stated.  One hitch - our installer became ill - Pauline, however, arranged for another installer quite quickly and he did an efficient, clean and excellent job and was very courteous.  I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well as the quality of the product.  My husband and I both have "bad" knees and this shelving makes it so much easier to find items, especially those in the rear of the cabinet, without bending and kneeling.  Now my kitchen is much more efficient.
