Customer service to get the contract started was great! Mistake was made on install and came out 6 months later to fix(installer didnâ t caulk a single thing). 2.5 years down the road, spots that needed caulk now have water entering and the roofing company is of no help-for their neglect mind you. I know mistakes are going to happen. The business should do what is needed to rectify their mistake.

On time very professional and informative

Jon Starry of Classic Roofing orchestrated our roof replacement from initial inspection, insurance, in-process and final inspection with city and insurance company. Having been a roofer himself and now a supervisor, he is knowledgeable in aspects of a roof replacement. We were extremely grateful and pleased with Jon! We have a 2,800 sq. ft. two story house with a high roof. We chose the GAF architectural, charcoal colored shingles and couldn’t be more pleased. Classic Roofing installed the peel and stick underlayment which adds another layer of waterproofing. The workers were hard workers, courteous and careful not to damage our landscaping. However, one of the old shingles accidently hit and damaged one of the landscaping lights. Jeff of Classic Roofing promptly arranged with Designing Elves to inspect and replace the light. We received a wind mitigation inspection and obtained an additional discount on our homeowner’s insurance. We highly recommend Classic Roofing and Construction with no reservations!

We were experiencing a roof leak in a 100-year-old bungalow in Tampa, FL. The roof had been replaced ~10 years old with a metal roof. I was able to isolate the leak at a vent stack but was unable to fix the leak. We contacted Classic Roofing and Construction based on a friend's recommendation late on a Friday afternoon. This was after trying unsuccessfully to get any other roofing company (we contacted 4) to even take a look. Fortunately, Classic was able to come out on a Saturday and within an hour, had identified the cause and made the necessary repairs (including replacing the vent stack boot)! We were thrilled at the responsiveness, the very reasonable $250 price (especially with short notice and weekend repair), and will hire them again in the future. I have already referred Classic to 3 other homeowners and one condo association for roofing estimates.

Given how roofers can be, I think we made the right choice with Classic Roofers. The team was professional, not just some random people who've never put a roof up. The team was very focused, and professional about the install.

Excelent company

The company was great to work with and always responsive. Our roof replacement was finished in two days (slight delay due to rain) and all debris was cleaned up after the job was finished. Any issues or questions were always answered/resolved quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.

We made contact with Mike Fisher at Classic Roofing. He was involved with an install at my neighbors house across the street. Mike took a lot of time to help explain the process and help us with a claim through our insurance. The whole process of the install was exactly as described. Everybody was on time and the work was done extremely professional and with quality workmanship. The site managers were extremely accommodating and answered every question I had through the process. The install team what is the hardest working group of young man that Iâ ve ever met. They worked efficiently performing quality workmanship using quality parts. When they left my yard was as clean as how they found it. I am very happy with the install.
