Worst company. They took 5+ months to do the job after signing contract. joe h. Manager didn’t give a crap to try to fix the issue. Some other employees in the office had a ugly attitude when i check on the time they were coming to do the job. Never ever again. And after they did the work they left open space around the roof and water got in to my house damaging ceiling and carpet. The worst experience!!!

It was great. The workers were very good and they worked long day to finish the job. The one thing that happened was, I got leak in my house because it was half finished. They were very considerate to hire other contractors and painters to fixe the ceiling and redo the sealing that were affected. Everyone was pleasant and I love the color.

The estimator came out and walked and measured the roof. Pointed out some obvious soft spots in the decking underneath. Substitute shingles had to be ordered due to one manufacturer not being able to supply them. A large crew arrived to install on the scheduled date. My major reason for giving a B rating and not an A is excess materials were not picked up until 3 weeks after the project was completed after 3 requests to "finish the job." I am very pleased with the color and the workmanship.

It took 2weeks to finish reroofing because of lack of products to begin with. Then I had to call Tallahassee office to get soffit repair started on back porch as supervisor (s) in Pensacola were no responding to my calls. I still have a chimney leak as I found out that flashing was not replaced.

Terrible company. DO NOT HIRE. They damaged the driveway, gutters, hvac unit, and removed landscaping from the yard... just to replace a roof. Company will not fix. They also broke two pieces of decking and said they would be back in 48hrs to fix. That was 3 months ago. ***A member of the crew was damaging property and the sheriffs office had to be called. *** After the job was “complete” they blocked the garage storing a trailer and would not come and get it. Had to call a tow truck to remove it. They failed to abide by the contract, perform a quality job, and to fix the damages they caused due to negligence. 4 months later and the company is still silent with no action.

Took 4 months to get the job done and only one day to do it in. When you call they are Always away from there desk or out to lunch, Will never call you back. Four months for them to tell me the Shingles were out of stock. However they were not out of stock when the contract was signed. If you want one big run around, use this company!

They were fast, clean, and efficient. My roof was installed just before hurricane Sally and the roof has shown no wear or damage, I’m quite happy with the roof replacement and upgrades.
