The crew arrived quickly, calling to let me know when they would arrive. They were quick and courteous. I was very happy with their work and professionalism.

Gave me vague estimate over phone after explaining what needs to be done. Made him come out to get a precise estimate and the price went up by $1000. We gave him the ok and the crew was late on the first day of the job. They showed up at 10:00am after being told they would be starting at 8:00am, went to lunch at 11:30am and started packing up for the day at 3:00pm. Day 2 they had to bust tail because a 3 day job got cut to 2 days so they worked late but didn't get done all the way. Day 3 they didn't come because the owner already assigned a new job to the crew and we got pusched back one more day. One repiped bathroom was piped wrong cold on hot and hot on cold. After calling to get it fixed and being told they would be out the next day I got a call the following day saying they would call me back either monday or tuesday the following week to reschedule. No call so far. They also cut the wall open in the adjacent room of that bathroom without permission or even asking. Drainpipe of the tub installed was not fastened correct and the first time we ran water it flooded the floor.

Initially requested an estimate to do a bathroom remodel short of changing out sink area/cabinet which we had already done. We had already removed the old tub. Mr Shenberger was prompt with his appointment and very professional. Initial estimate was $15,393. We then asked what it would cost to install tub and associated plumbing which was $2710. We agreed to this price with the provision that we would be installing the duroc as well as taking care of the tile work. I believed we had an understanding that the tub had not been ordered as of yet as we were seeking his advice and placement, etc. We provided a schematic for the tub we initially decided on (changed to similar with same schematic for framing). I understood Mr S to say that his team could build the necessary frame without the tub present as they do them all the time. When I set the appointment his staff asked if tub was there and I said no but had spoken with Mr S who said the initial work could be done. When his team arrived no tub became an issue however they were able to build a frame but did not appear to use schematic provided. Main concern for them was they would need to come back again once the tub arrived. I would later speak with Mr S and we disagreed on what he had said previously. Tub arrived and another appointment was set up. I emailed Mr S and voiced my concern that I would need time to get duroc in place recognizing that the tub would be a tight fit. His team assured me I would have time to get duroc in place. I would speak with Mr S and his concern was the number of trips his team would have to make coming from Pensacola to Navarre (which I understand). What I didn't appreciate was the off cuff comment, that when owners, like me, try to save some money by doing some of the work themselves, it takes the time away and we should have let his team do it all. (I get that too,but don't have deep pockets.) So, his team came, worked hard, and got the tub installed to include digging the drain hole so the new tub could be aligned better. However, I did not get the time necessary to get the duroc in however was able to work it out. They installed the valve system however I was told they had the wrong trim kit. Initially since I would need to use it to check so we could tile I agreed to drive to their location (47 miles) to get the trim kit. When I arrived the trim kit was for a tub/shower set up with the toggle for a shower operation on the water stem. I told person I was using strictly for a tub as well as the one I was being presented that day did not match the valve set up. She would check back with Mr S. A new trim kit was made available as well as a new valve system. One of the team members came out and installed the new valve and when I looked at the trim kit, it was similar except you pulled from the bottom for the non-existent shower. About mid-way in our process I received a referral for another professional and we have since changed the valve again to allow for a hot and cold handle operation. In that process we determined hat the water lines were reversed. I have no issue with the workers that came to our home. They had a professional attitude and were personable. They cleaned up every evening and checked with me daily. This experience has made us wiser as we are working towards finishing the remodel of our master bathroom.

I was in the middle of cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I had never used this company before. The lady answering the phone was so understanding and compassionate. She assured me she could get someone out in the next 2 hours. They came within that time franc, put in a new disposal. I could care less because I needed it fixed now. Very definitely!

Kia called in advance, was on time. Successfully coordinated with an additional contractor. Worked steadily until the job was completed. Explained procedures still needed.

Wasn't happy with the job, he left a tube that later we needed to cut (hire a handyman to do it) because we couldn't install the bathtub faucet with it. I called him back like 100 times to see if he could come back and just cut the tube, he never answered the phone

Plumber was prompt and very knowledgeable. We had several tricky problems which he figured out, explained clearly and repaired I will use this company again!

Excellent service! From 1st call to final cleanup employees were professional and courteous. Cheaper than expected for service.

They arrived a day early, having promised to advance their schedule if possible and called in advance as promised, They opened the station and explained all the parts and function. They immediately identified and corrected the likely problem & a missing plug in the sewage outflow pump lift. They corrected this with a plug, and we verified the sound was gone and the function was correct. I will definitely use them again. They are timely, polite, helpful and patient.

First Mr. Shenberger came out and visually assessed our situation. He told me the price to do exactly what I was wanting and sent a Plumbing Crew out the next day. The crew was very quick and professional. The were always very courteous and performed an excellent job. They may not be the cheapest, but I have found that I really don't want the cheapest. I want the best quality materials and services so it will be done correctly. I have used this company for both residential and commercial and will continue to do so. It is always satisfying to find a quality business. You will not be dissatisfied with Shenberger Plumbing if you appreciate quality work.

Excellent service. Quick to come out after call. Two guys worked fast and then were nice enough to extend the port up to ground level because it was 2 feet underground and they had to find it. Both very nice men. I have called them again but second time they were busy and referred me to another plumber who was also great. I would recommend them to anyone

Plumber was on time. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Worked very quickly and professionally. Spent one hour from start to finish. Excellent work was done. Will definitely use this company again for all our plumbing repairs!

Off all water and left for a week using the computerized water meter. I finally blew on the AC pipe from inside the house and uncovered about a handful of water from that had been blocking the line and suggested that I quit blessed download AC like once a month.

The best and most reliable plumbers. Owner came to the project several times to inspect the work as it progressed. Hard working and friendly employees all around. Very pleased with their work.

First of all my house was built in 1975 so anything you do to it need to be update to the new code so you need to add that in the price . I had an old gas water heater go out, Rudd 1975 model. I called 3 plumbers. Shenberger was the last I called and the first to show up the other two did not seem to really want the job . I wanted to go to the new tankless water heater here in Florida it would not be bad it does not stay cold that long down here also I have a long run from the one side of the house to the other so I went with a bigger one and he also suggested that to tell you the truth it does not take any longer to get hot water to the shower then the old water did . He was very knowledgeable about the Tankless heaters. I have did some looking in to getting one and new about how much it would cost and size I needed the price was about what I thought it would be maybe a little less there is even a rebate from the gas company for the install and he told me about that to . They had to get upgrades to Gas meter get the permits and do some electric work and they did all of it I did not have to call anybody. I work kind of a weird scheduled and the had no problem working with me on that. They had me back with hot water the day they start the install and the Gas meter and Electric done when I got back from work the next week and the job was all inspected and signed off and the $ 750 rebate sent in (Had to wait on the Gas meter Gas company dose that) it took about 4 day to complete the work and with my work scheduled I would said good job will be using them for all my work from now on

We purchased a water heater at a Big Box store and opted to have the BB do the installation, thinking it was more convenient than hiring Shenberger, who has long been our plumbing company. What a mistake. We were told by BB that we would hear from their installation company within 24 hours. After hearing nothing for 72 hours (Tuesday - Friday), I cancelled the BB installation. I called Shenberger and they picked up the water heater and did the installation that afternoon. Not only did Shenberger do the installation within a few hours of being contacted, they were also less expensive than the BB. We have used Shenberger for years. Their workers have been punctual and courteous and do excellent work.

Fanatastic. I have used these guys for twent years and they are great. When you don't have time to stand over someone, call these guys and it will get doen correctly the first time.
