I purchased an Angie's list special for replacement of garage door rollers & inspection. My garage door had become increasingly noisy when opening and closing the door. RTS was very professional. They replaced the garage door rollers and oiled the tracks. Our garage doors work much better, with less noise. I had a positive experience and would recommend RTS for additional work.

Technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly, worked quickly and did a good job.  I was originally disappointed because I was not contacted by the company (or so I thought) after purchasing an Angie's List Deal.  It was not clear that I would be messaged through Angie's List.  Since I had to confirm my contact information on Angie's List (e-mail and phone), I thought that I would be contacted that way.  Once I realized what had happened, I contacted RTS and scheduled my appointment.  I was quite happy with the service and would use them again.

On August 12th, the same day of purchase, we did notify you to contact our office to schedule the appointment. Without our office having any contact information from Angies List it makes a little difficult for us to contact our customers via any other means. Please except our dearest apologies for all of the confusion and we look forward to working with you on the 14th."

The RTS technician was a great help to me. I could not get away from my military duties to be there when my technician, ROBERT, arrived. I asked my 83 year old father to be there for me. Robert was patient in explaining and showing things to my dad, and called me to keep me updated. He was friendly, professional and fast to troubleshoot and fix my garage door. I was happy with the service and cost. Robert even called me in the evening to ensure that my remote devices were programmed and working. He talked me through these steps as my father was not capable of remembering and explaining how to do it. Thanks Robert. Will recommend.

They worked around my schedule and called before getting there.  The technician was very professional.  He explained what he was doing and gave me options for what needed to be done.  He worked quickly and made sure everything was working the way it should and that I was satisfied before getting paid and leaving.  I will use these guys again when needed and would definitely use them again.

Rob called bright and early.  He explained what was wrong with my opener.  He gave me choices of replacements, and explained all the prices.  No hard sell...just the facts.  He got to work, and was finished in about an hour.  He really knew what he was doing.  He was a very personable and nice young man, and I would use them again!
