Wonderful! It has been awhile since I have had someone who I asked for a cost estimate and/or to perform work to arrive timely and actually finish a job completely and with so much professionalism. If you are looking for your garage door to be repaired or to install a new one in the Pensacola, FL area, then RTS Garage Doors is who you want to hire! We are very pleased.

Excellent service! Robert is truly knowledgeable, honest, and extremely respectful. My family and I need immediate help on a weekend and he came through by telling us exactly what was wrong and gave us multiple options to choose from. We thank him so much and would like for everyone to know that he is "the best" at what he does.

I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate on assessing a garage door problem. I was expecting the appointment to take place sometime next week, but Robert was here the same day just within in a few hours of calling. Robert called ahead before arriving to our home. He was timely, polite and assessed the problem within a few minutes. Robert started work immediately and had repairs completed in an amazingly short period of time. He also installed "quiet rollers" and I am very happy with the change. The garage door works like new and I could not be more satisfied. Robert also time to program the remote control garage opener from a new car computer! I will refer RTS without hesitation to family and friends. Thanks for such prompt and Professional service. RTS did an awesome job inpecting and replacing the wheels on my garage. I will definitely hire them again.

Robert notified me within 20 minutes from my home that he would be there and it was within the time parameter as he had indicated 2 hours prior. He introduced himself and was properly identified. Robert had all his equipment for the repair, put the door on track, balanced the door and attempted to take the dent out of the door. Provided me with choices as far as replacing the lower panel, continue with the repair and replacing the rollers. All were choices after the evaluation before the repair as well as cost for the service provided so I knew in detail what to expect. He even provided me with a 10 year warranty. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, accuracy on time and cost and the ability to have choices. RTS is a fabulous company with top excellence not only in physical service but also, in the personal touch by communication with me to completely reassure me. He also provided me with education on my garage door maintenance every 2 months to keep the door properly working plus cutting the length of the cord from the lift master to prevent further issues. I can not say enough about this well organized professional company.

On Sunday my garage door opener went out. As the unit was over 10 years old, I decided a new opener was in the works. I was able to secure a sweet deal from Amazon Prime and it arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Two hours later, Wayne from American Garage Door arrived at my doorstep to do the work noted above. Being 6'5", Wayne was able to do work pretty much without thee benefit of a ladder. Overall very pleased with the outcome as these were nice people who did excellent work at a reasonable rate in a very timely manner. An hour and a half later, Wayne was off to his next job and I was pleased to test out my new super quiet Chamberlain garage door opener while wishing that all projecst could go so smoothly.

Went fine. The service tech was prompt, informative, and friendly, yet professional.

Outstanding. Technician was spot on time. Quickly understood what was needed. Made all adjustments, code updates and balanced door. Will call next time for sure!

It was a joke. That was terrible. He looked and said "well that's what we do." "You got grease, and that's all we do is grease them. If that's the case we don't need them. It was not a worth while experience. He walked in and looked at it and asked if it works. I said yes, and he said usually it's a $19 deal and we grease it, but you already got grease. He didn't do a thing. He came out within a day or two after I brought it. He clearly had no intent of ever doing anything. He was looking for a major repair job. They were responsive. They called me back.

The technician Cory was professional, courteous, and able. He completed the repairs quickly. The door performs better than when it was new. I would highly recommend them.

It went great! Robert was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out within 45 mins of my call. We couldn't shut the door. He replaced the rollers and fixed the track. Will call them again if I ever need more garage door work done.

Not well. He asked if I wanted my spring adjusted and then charged me another $20 to do the work.

Garage door entry pad had a flashing light and wouldn't open/close the door. The person who did the troubleshooting said I needed a new entry pad. I ordered it and the new pad had the same flashing light. I called them and he came back out. He said it "must" be the circuit board this time. I asked why he didn't determine which one was really faulty the first time. He said because it was cheaper to replace the door entry pad! I ordered a new circuit board and it fixed my problem. If I wanted to replace parts until I found the one that was broken, I could have done that myself and saved the service call fee. I paid the service call fee and now have an extra entry pad.

Service Technician was knowledgable, punctual and very polite during the service call.

I found RTS All American Garage Doors by searching on Google.  I called & made an appointment & Robert came to my house.  I had originally planned to get several quotes for my project but Robert impressed me so much I told him he had the job.

I received a written quote in a very timely manner & his prices were very reasonable.

 I cannot say enough good about Robert & the quality of his workmanship.  Everything about my job went even better then I could have imagined.  He does nothing less than first class work.

 Of all the contactors I have ever hired Robert Turley is absolutely the best.  I could spend an hour typing out the many things I appreciate about him & his workmanship.

The owner himself showed up on time, examined the door, determined the needs and repaired my garage door in no time. It works like new now and I have already had a neighbor use RTS and they too were very pleased!

They did really good work, but were a bit pricy.
