Auto Body Work
The appraisal was very thorough. The estimate was discussed in detail. They made arrangements for a rental car during the time my vehicle would be repaired. The events leading me to the need for repairs were upsetting and facing the inconvenience of being without my car was a bit frustrating. However, once Cheryl, the office manager, explained everything to me, things got much better. Clearly, she was an expert. She was amazingly reassuring and told me: "relax; I'll handle everything." And she did. Cheryl gives Professional Collision Center that extra personal touch that makes all the difference between a good experience and a great experience.
The work was beautifully done, and completed within the time frame originally proposed. The car looked like it did when I drove it from the dealership 2 years ago.
They made the entire experience a positive one. I will definitely return if ever I need auto body work performed. In my opinion, they are top notch.
