The car is under warranty and so it didn’t cost me anything. They are very good. I call and make an appointment. I go in there and drop my car off. It will be ready when I come back.

It could not have gone any better. From the moment I stepped in that Department office, to exiting the grounds once the work was completed was grade A+, superior work and service. The Manager, Lisa Reed is extremely helpful, informative, professional, knowledgable, just to name a few of her qualities. The service, detail and finished result/work is impeccable.

I have never been more impressed by a dealer ship! No pushy salespeople. They listened to what we were there to desto. We went to merely test drive several of their cars. Trying to compare in order to make a decision for our purchace when we are ready to purchace. The sales man Garrett Hodges was outstanding. The head of Sales was also top notch! When we had questions that pertained to servicing, we were invited to go to the service dept to get the right and best answer to our questions. If they did not know the answer they found it. It was no glitz or glamor, no free manicure or hotdogs, just plain simple truthfull sales. We are finacially unable at this time to purchace the car we want. Even at the deal they offered. (which was not very much over invoice at all) when we do buy This is where we will go. We were looking at the Passat VW TDI and the Jetta VW TDI
