We use Perdido Heating & Air.  I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one.  It was the last check for the year of 2016.  They do a good job.  They were here the 18th of October 2016.  It costs around $98 to $100.  I would absolutely use them again.  They've always done a good job.  I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to.  They never leave any mess.

Perdido Heating and Air responded to an urgent call when our main HVAC blower fan bearing started making a very loud noise.  They provided us a quote and scheduled the repair at our convenience.  We also asked them to rebuild the plenum and remove the mold around the duct work which was performed at the same time as the new fan motor replacement.

The experience with Perdido Heating & Air went well. They are a very good company. The young man came into the house very professional, told us exactly what they would be doing and showed us pictures of the equipment they would be using. He worked on the air conditioner and got it running again. We've had absolutely no trouble, it's like we had a new air conditioner installed. They are very good. They are a very reputable company and very honest. You get what you paid for. He sat with us afterwards and explained how to use the digital thermometer that was installed. I would have expected to pay a whole lot more.

The quote given to us by Perdido Heating & Air was a little pricey. I think they wanted to put in a higher unit, they went into the attic to measure and then gave me the tonnage and footage.

Called Perdido heating and air after hrs and got a professional courteous technician who stated he would be out in 25 minutes. On his way the A/C reset and when the technician was advised he was pleasant and courteous and told me to call any time i might need their help. He didnt make a repair but I will be calling them again.

They were very thorough and went beyond the call of duty.  They have great customer service and pricing.  I also purchased a bi-annual service with them for $69.  I found that plan to be less expensive than their competitors.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.  They explained everything and followed through.
