Pelican Exterior Cleaning Inc. is a full service exterior cleaning company providing soft washing, pressure washing, and steam cleaning services to our clients in a safe, timely and proficient manner. We are located in Pensacola, FL. Prior to moving to Pensacola, we owned and operated WashMart PowerWash Inc. in Oklahoma City, OK on a full time bases. In total, we've been in the exterior cleaning business for over 10 years. We offer a free, non binding, job quote and often times we will do a free demonstration for 1st time customers. Pelican Exterior Cleaning Inc. is incorporated in the state of Florida, fully insured and hold the proper permits to do business in the state of Florida

Soft wash roof cleaning, Low pressure house and building washing, window washing, gutter washing and clean-out, concrete walk and driveway cleaning, deck cleaning and sealing. At Pelican Exterior Cleaning, Inc., we are equipped to clean all outdoor assets except vehicles. Our service crew hours of operation are 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday - Saturday. We take calls from 8:00AM - 8:00PM Monday - Saturday and 1:00PM - 8PM on Sunday.
