Owner was prompt on day of initial measuring. However the time spent in my home measuring made me very uncomfortable. Mike did not seem to listen to me when I told him the type of window treatments I was wanting and kept trying to convince me that I wanted much more expensive ones, basically implying my home would look trashy with the cheaper treatments. I made sure my husband was home when he did the installation because he made me so uncomfortable during the initial measure. I did have the cheaper ones installed and they look great in the windows, but scheduling to have him come out took several phone calls and in the end he was 5 hours past the time he said he would be there.
Description of Work: This contractor was part of the Lowe's Home Improvement window blind installation program. Lowe's has a list of installers and they all get their turn in helping customers for the Lowe's set price. The owner of this company, Mike, came out and measured the windows of my house for blinds, Lowe's ordered the blinds, and Mike was then scheduled to come out to install them.
