Gulfside Appliance Repair

I had a rep come out by the name of Austin. He was polite and friendly. The service I had after I requested to follow through with the repair was horrible. No receipt was giving. When the part was order he gave an incorrect date of when the part was coming in. Every update I got is when I contacted him to check on the status. A week after the request we set a date of for the repair. The time of the appointment he call a said the part still hasn?t came in. This is not a legitimate company please do your research before requesting services.

Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me with my repairs. Initially I called because I had washed clothes the night before, and the next day when I went to dry them the basin was full of water. I called Gulfside Appliance Repair. I also had a dryer that needed repairs. Sam came out quickly and was able to fix both problems that same day. His pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend Gulfside Appliance Repairs.

He was there when he said he would. He knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cam back the next day and installed the part.Woul hire him again.

As it turned out the washing machine wouldn’t leak while he was here. He ran it through a cycle but everything inside the machine,when he removed the front panel, was dry showing no signs of leaks.Sam did not charge me for a service call & gave me his phone number to call if it leaks water & to leave the puddle so he can see where the water is coming from. So far, I’ve been washing clothes etc & no more leaks! It’s a total mystery to me!!!

Gulf side offered a fair UPFRONT price over the phone with fast and convenient scheduling. He responded quickly. Thus far, my only feedback would be to stick with the price given or be upfront about any price changes before starting the work. Otherwise, we're satisfied with the install and are appreciative of this company. I would recommend him.

The owner is trying his best to run a business with a mismatch of people. Appointment scheduler needs customer service training. People need to value a job and show up for work so it doesn't put the company appointments a day behind.

they said they did not know why door would not close so l told him to turn the foot and that fixed it $97.00

Not an authorized LG Service rep. This was a total waste of money. The tec. was nice but Angi needs to let people know up front that they can't perform warranty work.
