Richard was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this business.

I had lost a tire, late the night before, while driving from Florida to Texas along I-10, east of Pensacola. I changed the tire, putting on my full-size spare, and drove to a hotel in Pensacola. The next morning, I found Fisher Tires on yelp, and because of their consistently good reviews I chose to try them.

Travis, at the customer service desk, was professional, helpful, friendly, and entertaining. He found a set of replacement rear tires for my car at a nearby warehouse, and arranged for their immediate shipment to his facility. He gave me a cost estimate of $295 for mounting the new tires on two good rims, deburring the scratched rim, and mounting the full size spare on the scratched rim (plus balancing, etc). He gave me a time estimate of 1pm.

Travis also helped me find a rental car, so I could get some breakfast and run some errands while they worked on my car. He called the local Enterprise, got me a good rate, and arranged for them to pick me up at Fisher Tires.

While I was out, a technician determined that one of the lug nuts on my spare rim had been cross-threaded (by me, in the dark the night before, no doubt). At first, they thought they would have to replace the lug, but a technician was able to turn and polish the existing lug back into proper thread, so all theyt had to replace was the lug nut. I was charged for the nut, but not for any of the labor involved with the lug.

Total price came out just over $300, due to the extra $8 for the lug nut (which they had to express order), and the work was done by 12:30pm, a half hour ahead of schedule.

While I waited in the office, after running errands, I observed Travis interacting with other customers. He was pleasant and helpful to everybody who came in.

I give this shop my strongest recommendation.

It was excellent. They were very pleasant and answered all the questions we had. They did the job that we asked them to do. I was very pleased with it. I guess the price was reasonable.
