I requested a quote on two properties I needed mowed. I spoke to Bryan and gave him the addresses and in less than a hour I had my pricing and a suggestion on how many times per month to mow them based on the specific needs of each location. This was done professionally, timely, and effeciently. The mowers are very thorough and are careful around sprinkler heads. I was very concerned about the sprinkler system being damaged. I am very pleased with Bryan's Lawn Manitenance.

Answered my email inquiry ... surprised as 4 other companies did not. Bryan was courteous and provided an analysis of my sprinkler system's condition within 24 hrs of contacting me. Performed the work on the agreed upon day. Albeit a bit pricy, to date, I'm satisfied with the results.

This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I can't tell you how nice our yard looks now. The workers were first class. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Very professional. Something you don't see any more. We will be using them next year for sure to do our front lawn. Prlices were great and quality of product was also. You would do well to have them work for you.

Did a good job except weeds are still present. I was told that for the first time everything would be done and only maintance would be needed after. Can the weeds in the flowers beds be cut one the next visit? thanks

"Lawn Maintenance Includes: Mowing, Edging, Weedeating, Clean up of Seams and Cracks, Maintaining seams and cracks weedless throught concrete surfaces, blowing off walkways and driveways that are littered during the maintenance process. Deweeding of flower beds, hedging of shrubs, are a separate charge. Sorry for the misunderstanding but we did not charge you for deweeding of the beds. This would take several hours and at $75.00 per visit, we only charged for the lawn maintenance. We appreciate your business. Respectfully Bryan's Lawn Maintenance, Inc"

sprinkler pump burnt up, called these guys, had new pump and system up and running by the time I had got home. The tech said he ran into several problems, but got the job done with little input from me. It nice to know there are still people out there who do quality work and get the job done right the first time.
