I can't speak to their normal prices as I was charged extra for the call being a weekend, after hours (9:30pm), and a holiday (Christmas Eve). They were the only ones who picked up, so I guess beggars can't be choosers. That said, they were prompt (less than an hour after call), relatively quick to get us back in our home (about half an hour after arriving), and returned to replace the lock that was drilled first thing the next business day. All around, I'm glad I called these professionals. Note: the technician that showed up was independent. Evidently, this company dispatches out to local people, so experiences may vary.
