Animal Boarding Kennels
They were incredibly nice and professional to me. I was already nervous having to leave my puppy overnight with a boarding kennel as I had never done so yet. They made me feel at ease and gave me a tour of the facility. It really calmed me down and when I picked her up when I returned my puppy was just so happy and I could tell she had a great time by the way she acted to the staff. That spoke volumes to me. I will definitely use them if I have to leave and am not able to take her with me. If I didn't already have a amazing vet I would change to them in a heartbeat as well.

Animal Boarding Kennels
We searched Angie's List for a good boarding kennel for our first time to board. They took me on a tour of the facility, and sent me home with a toy for my dog as a gift. They followed up with a phone call! I made a reservation and check in was very smooth. We only boarded him there one night, and it was very fine. Check out was easy too. Great professional facility, and soooooo clean!

Animal Boarding Kennels
We recently moved to the Pensacola area and had never left our dog. However, we were going out of town and staying at a place that didn't accept pets so I did some searching. I first called Home Away From Home (which is an extension of Spanish Trail Vet) and they were very nice, answering all my questions about the different types of boarding rooms. I have a small dog (Jack Russell) but she's high energy so I didn't want to put her in a crate. She usually has free range of our house. Home Away From Home offers doggie suites (and they have them for cats too) with an almost twin sized bed, flat screen tv and lots of room. I also liked that the doors to the rooms were glass, allowing the animals to see out and not feel locked in a closet. This was the only boarding palce that I could find that offered this and it's even cheaper than the main competitor (Pensacola Pet Resort). Home Away From Home offered great play areas too. The cost for a suite for 2 and 1/2 days was $60 ($24/night + 12/half day) - compared to $35/day elsewhere. The staff was very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet dog here. They even sent us a Hallmark-style thank you card for staying with them. After boarding with them, I'm seriously considering transferring to them for vet services also. I highly recommend!!!
