Justin and Claudia Willard are fantastic and very professional real estate agents! After consulting with a number of Real Estate Agents, Justin Willard of the Willard Realty Team became the clear choice. We began the search in May, 2010 via emails and phone calls. Once Justin had a sense of what I was looking for, he meet with my 21 year old son and took him to look at several homes. He made sure that pictures and video of the homes were taken and communicated regularly with both me and my son. When we finally found the property we eventually purchased, he knew it was listed well above our budget but was also priced well above the market value and was successful in helping us put together an offer that was fair, which the owners finally accepted.
Finding the home was the easy part. The paperwork that follows was daunting. The contracts were done electronically, so that the distance did not matter when time was of the essence. Justin and Claudia Willard continued helping us by recommending professionals to do the home inspection, handle the title insurance and even a list of insurance agents. They walked us through every step of the transaction, even though the commission would be minimal. And now, even after a couple of years of owning the home, if I have a question - I can reach out to Justin and he responds without delay. Without hesitation, I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a professional real estate agent in the Miami-Dade area!
