We've used Tom Gee, owner of Subcool Air several times for our home in the past 5 yrs and have been very pleased with his service and price. My 94 yr old mother's a/c wasn't working in her condo and after doing all we could to try to fix the problem, we called Tom late in the morning and explained the problem to him. His schedule was full and although it was a Friday, he said he would come check out her system after his last call of the day. (Where in South Florida would that happen???) He arrived after 5:00 and immediately got to work on the location of the unit (roof) and the part that was in her condo. This unit hadn't been serviced for about 3 yrs and the drain was clogged shutting the system down. He worked quietly, unobtrusively, politely and professionally. It took about an hour for him to clean the unit, clean up after his service and have the a/c running like a champ. It cost $85.00 where another company would have charged at least $150.00. I can't say enough about this company. Highly recommend Subcool Air.
