I have used this company at least 5 times since January, and I find the customer service to be extraordinary. Their design and graphics department is fast and very talented. Their turn around times are just what you need them to be, and if you are very busy they will even stop by your place of business to discuss your needs or drop off your work. They understand the business of signs making very well and are well plugged into the community. The owner is very knowledgeable and will insure that you are completely satisfied. He understands customer service very well and frequently visits my place of business to see what our needs are. This is one of the few businesses that I have seen that tries to understand what the customer really needs.

I needed to obtain vinyl address lettering with a specific font. Prior to visiting this provider, I went on the company website to verify details of the transaction including font availability and pricing. When I arrived at the location which was mis-addressed from the website, I entered the premises where there was no one present at the front counter. A woman peered her head out of a doorway and came over to assist. When I explained exactly what I was needing she quickly commented that the charge would be at least $50.00. I mentioned to her that I had located all the information prior to my visit on the company website and that the site indicated a charge of less than $8.00. She took the template from me and walked off behind a wall where I could hear a gentleman discussing the request with her. She returned and indicated that the location did not have the font required for the signage and that it would cost them too much money to download the font and further commented that she " wasn't going to spend that kind of money just for me." A man then came out from behind the wall and explained that the font was similar to another he did have available. I responded by confirming again that I needed that specific font, thanked him and left.
