+ -1 moreWe needed a company that was licensed and code compliance with Miami-Dade County. There were not any listed at the time but 1 on Angie's list and after giving them a call they only serviced Broward County and up. After searching around and getting a couple of estimates I found "Big Al" at Property Solutions LLC. I set up for an estimate and explained everything I needed as far as all the paperwork, permits, and inspections that I needed to submit to my home owners insurance. Big Al was on time, very courteous, professional, and said he could handle the job no problem. He took the time to explain everything and review the job at hand . This company was not the most expensive and certainly not the cheapest. I went with them because of Big Al's excellent customer service and presentation. He took care of all the necessary permitting and inspections. They completed the job within the time they said they would and I could not be happier with the outcome. I will be using them again when I build the addition and highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors. The job came out better than I expected. Thanks Big Al...
