PAUL THE PALM DOCTOR

Please note this is simply a review only on responsiveness. I made my decision to contact Paul after reviewing his website and reviews on Angies list. I contacted the business phone number 3 times, which I left a message with my contact information. Then, I tried the cell phone on Paul's website. I waited 2 business days, which I think is fair to the business to return a call. It may be possible that Paul is very busy and unable to respond. I guess I'm frustrated because I really do care about my palms and want them to look better. This is really feedback for Paul and not intended to deter people from seeking his help.

He has brough several back to life and even one that was struck by lightening. We have used him for 10 years. He is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the plants he maintains.

I originally contacted Paul to set up an appointment to have him inspect my palms and tell me what was wrong with them and how we should go about treating them. He came by when I was home but never knocked on my door. He treated my palms, left me a note explaining what was wrong, and a bill for $145.00. I did not authorize him to treat my palms so I was rather perturbed that he did that. Only time will tell if my palms can be saved. I'm pretty sure two are beyond help.

Paul was great and I am now seeing the rewards 8 weeks later, my palms have never looked better and I have already gotten tremendous new growth, even on one critical tree! I was skepical at first but I am a believer now! Thank you Paul!

We had one palm that was struck by lighting and Paul has literally brought it back to life. He does great work and is very, very knowledgeable; I would say he is an expert in palms. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He comes to my home every 4 months and it is usually $250-$280, but I have 14 palm tress in my yard. He is fantastic!!!
