We were looking for an investment for our daughters college fund.  The prepaid thing just isn't going to work.  We told Patrick what we wanted and what price range and in time he found it.  I have owned and sold many homes.  I have never met someone like Patrick.  He just doesn't try to sell you a home for the end result of a commission.  He "cares".  He is also a phenominal handyman.  So when he finds you a house with a price tag..he sees the house for what it is.  The house may be listed very well, but the repairs are way beyond what the house is worth.  So this gives you an idea what your  "expenditures" will be (roughly).  I don't know if he has the time to do repairs...but if you listen to him you won't go wrong.  He also does property management.....so if you buy an investment through him and you don't have time....solution to your problem :)
