It was a true pleasure working with Eduardo and his team. The remodel took nine months and included 2 bathrooms and all the rest of the house. House is 3875sq ft. so it was a major project. Their entire team truly showed interest in getting the job right without drama, mostly do to Eduardo's position that they will get the job done to our satisfaction. I would diffidently hire them for future projects.

Have used this company in the past for concrete restoration. This job was for areas not previously done.

Eduardo Carlos is the owner and the most HONEST contractor in southern Florida. We renovated a two bedroom condo in Hollywood Beach. Eduardo and his workers did a fantastic job. We did a total gut job in our kitchen, two bathrooms, new tile floors through out the condo. Removed the popcorn ceiling, painted the entire place. Hew was always at our condo working and if he needed to wait for inspections he would always contact us by phone. The quality of his work is exceptional. He took our 1980 condo and made it look like a beautiful new home for us. He is very trustworthy. We recommend Eduardo to our family and friends, and we definitely will use him again!

Eduardo Carlos has an amazing crew. He's honest (something rare around Miami), his prices are competitive and he pays attention to the small details. He advised us to get the roof certified and got us a big break in our insurance! His crew installed our floor, and it turned out so beautiful. He painted the interior (they were clean and worked around our schedule) and the outside dock. His crew also pulled wires and installed things for us. We've had Mr. Carlos in and out of our house for over a year (we keep finding things for his to do), and this review is long overdue! Most of all, Mr. Carlos is an honest contractor. ****The total amount doesn't reflect the total of the jobs he performed on different occasions.
