Scott and his crew are amazing. I wish all the contractor services were like this. I observed expertise, cleanliness, punctuality, efficiency and a very honest crew. The final price charged was even below the initial estimate (very nice surprise to me for a repair that can be quite expensive). I quoted with another 4-5 companies and I’m glad I chose them. Highly recommended?

personable, trustworthy, reasonably priced, timely and high quality work. Scott knows what he is doing and did a fantastic job replacing a burned out water heater (within a day of calling) and a broken hose bib. He backs up his work and you truly get what you pay for. Would recommend him to anyone in the area. For me trust is probably my #1 requirement for contractors, and Scott and his team met and exceeded that requirement.

I've been waiting to write this review with the hopes that Scott the owner would follow through on what was right and what he said he was going to do. One of his plumbers - Ryan - came out last October to install a new kitchen faucet. He did not turn off the water to the main house and broke the pipe under the sink. My whole kitchen and family room were flooded and the damage was over $32,000. Scott said he was willing to pay part of the bill but in order to get compensated quickly for repairs, I went through my homeowner's insurance. Then my insurance company would subrogate against Kunes Plumbing's insurance. Now, almost a year later, Scott isn't claiming any responsibility. I shouldn't be penalized for a mistake that his plumber made. I was shocked because Kunes Plumbing had such good reviews. He seemed very professional and polite, but actions always speak louder than words. Do not use this company.

We have to consider here that today we are expecting the arrival of hurricane Matthew, however Scott did come in the morning and fixed the problem as he usually does. Great service. Recommend 100%.

I called around to a few different plumbers to get pricing for the repair, and Kunes Plumbing was the most reasonably priced.

Considering the hour and the fact that it was Saturday evening, Mr Kunes responded swiftly and efficiently. The technician Ryan, came within the hour and was very professional, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything went smoothly and he was at all times very honest and to the point. No overcharges, nothing tricky. I highly recommend these people's services to anyone.

Plumbing was backed up. David snaked the pipes from outside. No mess. Extremely professional. He gave me a quick class on prevention before he left and I was extremely pleased with the service. The price was far less than I expected. More importantly hee was on time. I have to add that the service operator that took my call was very pleasant and convincing. I had no doubt that I called the right place. Great job, Kunes!

John was exceptionally professional and courteous. The work that was done was great. The cost was very reasonable. If you're
looking for a great plumber that will provide great service in a timely fashion without worrying about price haggling then this is your
company. I will continue to call them for any of my future projects or problems.  I will recommend them and use them again.

Showed up as promised within an hour of my calling. Very professional, friendly and honest.

Outstanding overall. From service desk to plumber who performed work everyone was professional,
 courteous and kepted us informed when plumber would arrive.  Plumber (David) was extremely
 professional and explained problem and how to not have it occur again. Invoice reflected Angie List discount.

He came on time and with the parts. Made a brief description of the problem and suggestions. He fixed everything in about and hour. The technician was very professional and clean. I will recommend the service to friends and family.
