Benny has been coming to our house for years now.  He is the only person I would trust to clean our rugs,  upholdstry and leaver furniture..  Very dependable service. 

What they did with the restoration and polishing, they did an outstanding job. I was very happy. But what I was unhappy with, was I asked them about protecting the baseboards and the walls, because they use a machine to do this. They said there wasn't any need to do that and they would be careful, because we just had the baseboards and the walls painted. And there were a number of marks on the baseboards and the walls that we had to have repainted. So when I opposed the gentleman who owns the company, which was the one that sold the job, and asked if that was something he would compensate us in some shape of form for that, like a discount on the final bill, he basically did not want to do that. It just happened and that is too bad. We were very happy with the floor and they did it when they said they were going to do it. The price was what they quoted and all those things were above the board and like they said, but I was very disappointed in his actions, or lack of action in taking care of the marks on the walls and the baseboards. It was a transfer of a mark from the equipment they've used. The entire job was a countertop we had done and it was $2700. So it was a good, fine job for him. The quality of the work was good. But he never got back to me. I think the pricing was very fair. I was disappointed in his action, but the guys who did the work were great. They were relatively clean. I hope that he would get back to me.

Benny came to my house after I had several bids on restoring 2000 SF of Marble.  He was the nicest guy in the world.  Dressed well, clean etc.  He came in and measured my floors.  He informed me of the total process down to using diamonds in the pads to remove the scratches.  He let me know that this was a four day process, but he would be very clean.  I work out of my home, so he cleaned the office first so that I could return to that space from a back room as soon as possible. (that was above and beyond).  I hired him.
Two guys came in with Benny.  They both were very polite and clean.  Started to put each disk needed to clean out on the floors then began the process.  This mucky watery stuff starts building up and as fast as it forms the other guys is right behind sucking it up and mopping.  I just found them to be super clean for such as dirty and complex process. 
While Benny was here and the guys were cleaning he mentioned that my tile and grout could use a cleaning in the master bedroom.  He gave me a super great rate and took care of that too!
I couldn't be happier with the results or the price.  I had my daughter's graduation party that next weekend and so many people commented on how pretty the house looked.  I knew it was because of the huge difference in the floors.  Several people like my boss who is here often noticed the floors right away and could believe the scratches by my pool table were gone.

I have used Benny for over 10 years, and found him to be reasonable in price,very good at stain removal and a true gentleman. He works hard and efficiently.

They do a very thorough job. They are very fair. I really like them. If they can't get a stain out they are very honest about the whole situation.
