Called locksmith on Monday, and he answered the phone immediately, very polite. Explained that he was busy Monday , but could come Tuesday morning about 9.30. He arrived as promised on Tuesday and took a look at my very broken , very outdated slider door lock. He said that he needed to get the required pieces and left. My husband assumed he had gone to get pieces and would return. I called locksmith late Tuesday afternoon wondering when he was coming back, to be told that he would be back on Wednesday.
On Wednesday he came back and fixed the door as promised.
He charged a very reasonable amount and did fix the door , I just wish he had told us when he left that he wouldn't be back til the next day as we waited in all day.
I would still use him again as he did a good job.

He is very good and he can usually come out the same day and is dependable. Stephen is very personable and knowledgeable and I would recommend him.

When I called and explained my issue, locking my keys n the walk in closet, and the urgency, I had to go to work, he told me where he was and gave me an ETA. He was about 15 minutes early, assessed the situation, solved it and recommended re-keying my locks so I would be able to use only one key. Also, re-keying the lock for easy access by our management company. The job was finished including extra keys for future use, in less than one hour and I was off to work.
I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to everyone reading this.

We are a healthcare provider. We had a visit coming up to make sure we are compliant with all safety regulations.
I contacted Goldilocks Locksmith. I explained I was on a very tight deadline and needed locks changes and keys cut asap.
They came out right away. They did not have one of the correct keys and came back in a matter of an hour or two to meet my deadline.
I was very impressed with them.
They are the best. Nice people and very reliable.
