Avoid like the plague. The owner, Monica, is an idiot. Totally unresponsive. I only use this company because it’s cheap but the aggravation isn’t worth it.

It started ok but rapidly went downhill. Everytime they came to do lawn care, the service was poorer. The only way to contact them is thru e-mail as Monica (the owner) does not answer the phone or ever returns a call. So the first time I started having problems with them, I had to get on my computer and write her an e-mail. She responded but the services never really improved. By this time I had an automatic payment coming from my bank to them. After 3 months of this, I decided I no longer wanted their services so I told her a month in advance that December would be the last month of lawn care and that I would no longer need their services. She acknowledge and I thought that was the end of it.
I moved to Honduras in a military move and forgot to cancel the automatic payment. When she got the check for January, even though she knew the contract was terminated and they didn't service my yard that month, she went ahead and cashed the check. I asked for my money back and she has not replied to any of my e-mails or calls. This week I filed a Better Businness Bureau complaint about the company and sent it to her. At the same time my realtor has been trying to get the money back by going in person to Monica. To this she replied that she just won't return the money. Now she pretends to be mad about the complaint and instead of paying the money back, she is getting into a chicken game with us. Very professional indeed.
