It went well. There was one area that still smelled like dog urine but it's likely the cushion was too inundated with urine. The rest of the couch was perfect.

My rug was really dirty. I have 3 dogs and they lounge all over it. Within 20 minutes my rug looked beautiful. It actually looked new.

They were very professional. They came in performed the work and did a great job.

Job was done quickly and they did an excellent job. Would hire again.

I called them a couple of days ago and left my number. The owner, Mark, returned my call within 5 minutes. I scheduled the job for a couple of days later and he gave me a 2 hour window and promised to call me when he was on his way. I appreciated not having to wait around for him to show up and he arrived promptly. My tenants had just moved out and left the Berber carpeting pretty soiled. Mark and his assistant came in and steam cleaned the two rooms and left the carpet looking like new.
I've been using Fulton Steamer since 1996 to clean the carpets in my home as well as my two rental properties. They're very reliable, prompt and good at what they do. I wouldn't use anyone else.

With our family, breakfast room  and kitchen flooded from a washer that broke a hose, our first call was to Fulton Steamer based on a dear friends referral.  Mark calmed us down and sent out his team and at least 8 dryers to start the long process of getting all the water out of the house and salvage as much of the base boards and drywall.  This is a multiday process and his team set up, checked on us and completed their service, which also included cleaning any area rugs effected by the standing water.  Fulton worked directly with our insurance Company and it made a very stressful situation easier to handle due to their compency.
I did not want to submit another review, but months ago, my sister water heater leaked and we had to use the services of Fulton Steamer again and she was very pleased.  Also, they wound us submitting their bills to the insurance company so it was relatively painless.

They are a small good company. They will beat the prices of another company. They always have deals going on. I can call them for rates and deals and what I want to have done. It is a family run business and it is the same people all the time. They leave me rug cleaning solution afterwards. They do a real thorough job.

They were very thorough and fair priced. They do very good work. They were always on time and do a very thorough job and do it the way you want it. They are very professional and it’s a privately owned; it’s just one individual.

They were okay and I don’t have anything bad to say about them. The price was good and they were responsive, and their professionalism was good.

They person which took my call was very professional. They were timely and even when I called to let them know I was running late he worked with my schedule. We are very pleased with their work and have referred them to our friends that have needed their services. They have used them and again, the same great and professional treatment.

Fulton Steamer Inc. does very nice work and they offer a better price than other carpet cleaners. I've used their services for years and have never been disappointed in their work quality. They show up when they say they will and they also move the furniture.

Were very punctual, but did not complete the job properly the first time (Did not sanitize carpet as requested so dog smell remained). When I called to complain they did not hassle me, but promply made the mistake right.

I AM HAPPY WITH MY CARPET AFTER FULTON STEAMER CLEANED IT. THEY GAVE SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE TRAFFIC PATH AND STAINS THAT MAY NOT COME OUT EASILY. THE DIFFERENCE BEFORE AND AFTER WAS NOTICEABLE.
