We used Excellent Results in 2015 and were delighted with the results. We didn’t have any bugs again for 3 years after only that one treatment. Called Ray again a few days ago after seeing ants in a couple places, and he remembered my name and where I lived! He got me in the next day and again did a phenomenal job. Ray has been our "bug guy" since we moved in two years ago. He has some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen. He's friendly and explains every detail of the job. If I ever have a problem, he makes sure he comes out and helps quickly. Thanks Ray... The wife is happy when she doesn't see the bugs.

We have had nothing but exceptional service from Ray. Being new to this area we relied on Angie's list to find us the right company, and we were not disappointed. Professional in all aspects, as well as friendly and personable - and they get the job done! About four different pests started to die off in a day or two after treatment. After four days, we hardly saw them again. When they pop up once in a blue moon, one call into Ray, and he's there in a day or two to fix the issue.

We recently had a situation that was beyond the normal scope of Ray's services but I called anyway seeking advice. Not only did I get his advice, but he offered to help with the problem after sensing my distress. Ray (the owner) is always very cooperative and willing to attend to any special needs. Recently we had a mouse problem in the garage which he took care of in a very efficient and non-intrusive manner.

Ray comes every two months and always calls the day before. He arrives with his sprayer and shoe protectors. He really cares about the spraying and I never smell anything. Most importantly I have no bugs at all. Before using him I did have roaches and small ants. I use honey in my tea and keep a honey pot in the cabinet. No ants at all. What ever he does he does it right. I highly recommend him.
