The technician, Patrick was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning the vent and surrounding area.

The services went very well. They cleaned the dryer vent and also cleaned up after themselves.  Everything worked great afterwards. The price was very reasonable.

Diana responded to my first call and we set the appointment.
Armando arrived on time and went directly to work.
He removed the outlet grate on the roof.
He tracked the hosing into the attic and reconnected it at the outlet.
He removed the back of the dryer and thoroughly cleaned out all the lint.
He vacuumed the area around the dryer and left everything clean and tidy.
I am very pleased with the work, Armando did a super job.

The dryer vent was relocated to another location and Rey did it exactly the way we wanted with the materials we wanted. Rey even instructed me on how we can maintain our own dryer vent in the future. We had contacted two other dryer vent companies prior to hiring Dryer Vents Unlimited and Rey had the most reasonable price and was so polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work on there dryer vents, you will not be disappointed.

I called and left a message to get a quote. My call was returned promptly. After describing what I needed done, I was quoted $95 as the standard fee for the service and we scheduled the appointment for 11/15/13. Technician was on time and called ahead as requested. He checked the stack both from the dryer vent location and the roof. He thoroughly cleaned the vent stack, which had probably not been cleaned in many years, if ever. The technician snaked the stack more than once to ensure it was clean. He performed his work timely, explained what I should do if there were any issues and noted they would call in one year to schedule a follow up cleaning. Price was as quoted. Very good service.

Dryer was hot but not drying clothes.Now everything is working as it should.
Have used them for many years and they are always consistently professional.

Very professional crew.  Complex air duct system in the house.  Fiberglass ducts do not come as clean as metal ducts in my Chicago house but these fellows did good work.   Quality of cleaning will not be as good as metal ducts, no fault to the cleaning company.

I did not see the leak in the attic, but had to assume it to be legit.

They were very kind, courteous and thorough. They also cleaned up their mess.

This company was recommended by my property manager. I contacted them on a Friday and spoke with a lady who was very helpful. I asked if someone would be able to come out on Saturday and she said that Saturday was full. However, she advised me that she would do her best to squeeze me in. Fortunately, she was able to do that. I contacted her back later that Friday and was told that the tech would be out between 12pm and 4pm.
Around 3:30pm I had still not heard anything from the company. Please keep in mind that I was without a dryer and had piles of dirty laundry building up. I contacted the company and received an automated telephone message advising me that they are out of the office or stepped away from the desk and that my call would be promptly returned. I left a message and hung up. Almost twenty minutes later--no phone call. I also made several attempts to contact the company--to no avail. Fortunatly, around 3:55 the tech showed up.
The tech was very curtious and professional. When I told him I was trying to contact the company he advised me that it was a family owned business and that they do not work on the weekends. If that is the case, they ought to change their telephone greeting--so that they do not give the impression that they are open for business. Enough with the negatives--let's talk about the service...
Once again, the tech took his time and thoroughly diagnosed my problem. He was able to clean my dryer vents and remove most of the lint that was building up. He even went above and beyond his duties and cleaned out my lint drain on my dryer (I did leave him a nice monetary tip in order to show my appreciation).
In summary, service was top quality and the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My only complaint would be the lack of communication between the office and its customers.
I would use this company again as well as recommend them to others.

The company was recommended by my appliance repairman and their service was required as part of the warranty on my dryer's thermostat. I had actually never had my dyer vents cleaned prior to this (nor did I know that it needed to be done). The technician by the name of Armando came to the house, performed a good job, and even took the time to replace the connection pipe between my dryer and the exterior vent. Air flow was significantly improved. I am satisfied with their work, professionalism, and punctuality and would use them again. I didn't shop around for other competitors and therefore do not know how their prices compare but I felt that $95 was adequate for the service call.

They were very reliable and courteous. I haven't had any issues with the dryer.
