I highly recommend Tim and his crew at coast to coast property inspections. Tim was walking around the residence, already inspecting by the time we arrived. He gladly showed us what he found, spent hours going inch by inch over the house, found things I have no idea existed, crawled into places that I do not think many humans have visited, and always stopped and asked if we had questions.
Great, great, great company. He definitely found some things we have concerns over and even went above and beyond by putting us in contact with skilled people who can help us get better estimates of the issues at the house. Worth double the cost.

He was very professional and punctual. He came in and did everything and was very good at explaining things to me and did a follow-up. I don't remember having any complaints about him.
