No matter what I asked Cesar to do, he did a great job. He is very reliable and does excellent work. The best part is that his prices are great. He is very fair, trustworthy and reasonable. I gave him the key to my house and had him work on it while I was at the office. I trust him completely. He is primarily a Spanish speaker, but brought his teenage daughter with him on one occasion to translate for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so lucky to have found this person.
