Bare Bones BBQ & Jerk

This wasn't work performed, this was a restaurant. I was in the mood for bbq nearby and I stumbled upon this one. It is a small family owned business and everyone I dealt with( including the owner, when I called to get directions) was extremely professional. It is basically a take-out place. I had no idea what I wanted but they answered all of my questions about the menu items and even allowed me to sample two, that I was torn between. I wound up with a combo plate of brisket and pulled pork with baked beans, macaroni and cheese and rice and peas which is rice and what looks like kidney beans. It was all excellent , especially the baked beans....so much so that the next day I went and got just a large side of the baked beans. When I got it home and opened it, I was somewhat disappointed to find that it was almost all liquid and vey few beans. I called as soon as they opened today and they thanked me for telling them, apologized and offered me a free order of beans which I promptly picked up and am currently enjoying. It is refreshing to find a business that realizes the value of good customer service. The pint of beans they gave me was not going to break them and it made a customer satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this wonderful find, not only for the food, but the professionalism and their attention to customer service!
