ASG charged me $650 for an hour of work cleaning 3 units. Then they demanded a 3.5% fee on top of that if I wanted to pay by credit card. Also, two people who were home told me how rude their technician was: apparently he demanded that the person who was going to pay (me) needed to come talk to him before he started any work. Can they just text me an invoice? PS- I was home. I'm giving 2 stars because I think the service was decent, but not worth what I paid—and definitely not worth dealing with the bad attitude.

The service company came out to give me an estimate for repairs. They charged me $69.00 for an estimate. I feel that they quoted me prices for repairs that were already done last year. He didn't open or check the motor compartment and gives me an estimate for repairs and he didn't check the unit completely.The only thing that the tech did was to take a temp reading. The office called me and told me that the repairs would be $600.

.It was the worst serice I had ever experienced. We had an appointment set they called and canceled the appointment rescheduled it finally came out he was there for only 20 minutes. First of all the grill has a main burner part and then the side burner. He tried to tell me they had to charged me separately for each one. Then he told me it was going to cost over $1000 to fix it. Then what made it worse is he charged me $120 just to tell me that, He didn't even do anything but look at it. I was so upset. He was so late getting there and everytime I called I would get a recording that said this number is not in service . It turns out they can not accept inbound calls but they can make outbound calls. There is no way I would use them again.

I called for repair to the microwave that is built in to my Thermador double oven. The repairman came on the day scheduled, and gave me a price of about $250 to repair it. He had to order a latch assembly, and said he would have it in a day or two, and schedule another visit to finish the repair. After two days, I had not heard back, so I called the company, twice. Finally someone from the parts department returned my call, and in addition to the latch assembly the the repairman said would fix it, listed several other parts that had been ordered, bringing my total for a microwave repair to about $670. (I can buy a new microwave at Target for under $200). I told the parts clerk that the repairman had told me that only a latch assembly was needed, and that the total repair would be about $250 (ioncluding the $170 I had paid at the time of the service call). She told me she didn't know anything other than the parts ordered and the price. I asked to speak to the repairman, and she said she would have him call me. A week later, and no call. Meanwhile, the repairman collected a payment of $170 as a downpayment while here on his service call. I'm out $170, and have no working microwave, and haven't heard back from them. These people have a scam operation going. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This was the most UNBELIEVABLY maddening customer service experience ever. At least cable companies, not usually known for stellar customer service, give one the courtesy of scheduling either an afternoon or a morning visit. ASG doesn't even give one that courtesy, but insists on calling on the day of the visit and then giving the client a window of time. The window is meaningless to them, I am sitting here as they are 1.5 hours late to a visit scheduled only a few hours ago. Screwing up scheduling that badly is tough. Theirs is a complete lack of respect for one's time. Do yourself a favor and just wash you dishes by hand before calling ASG, it will be a less frustrating experience.

This was a terrible experience. Dacor appliances area very expensive to buy & expensive to repair, but they have so few companies in Miami who repair their products so the '3' that you recommend have the monopoly and then "mess about" with the consumers mind & time. I have re posted this to Dacor in May 2008.

SINCE HAVING MY WASHING MACHINE REPAIRED MY CLOTHES ARE MUCH CLEANER. THIS COMPANY PRICES WERE REASONABLE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THIS COMPANY HAS A ONE TRIP CHARGE FEE. IF THE WORKERS MAKE SEVERAL TRIPS OUT TO YOUR HOME FOR THE SAME PROBLEM IT IS FREE OF CHARGE. THE PRICE IS EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH THE WHILE. THANKS TO APPLIANCE SERVICE THE OVEN IS HEATING UP A LOT QUICKER.
