I honestly don’t know if this company can improve. They are better off shutting down their services. Used this company to move out of state and it was the absolute worst experience! First of all I provided a list of items I had in a storage unit that I wanted moved. The first guy I spoke to told me the truck size I would need and cost. Several phone calls later and the price changed multiple times and it was not just a few dollars it was hundreds to thousands of dollars. Pictures of my unit were sent ahead of time so no SURPRISES for anyone. Then the day the contracted movers (ocean moving) were set to come I was told they would arrive at the storage between 4-6pm. Due to me already being out of the state I had my friend meet them there. They called at 7pm stating they were still another 30 minutes moving another unit. They called around 8 saying they were an hour out. By the time they showed up to the unit and saw my unit now all of a sudden the movers are stating that there were multiple things they couldn’t take. They didn’t have the space, the item was never listed on the original contract. At this point the storage is about to close. They said we will have to come finish the move tomorrow. They were supposed to be at the storage unit at 6AM they had my friend and girlfriend waiting for two hours to show up. Then they continued to say that they were going to charge me an additional cost. At this point almost totaling this move over 1000s of dollars. The moving company they contacted with told me the day of delivery they would need to charge me an extra 500 to get a uhaul since their truck is couldn’t fit into my apartment complex. Then continued to say they were never informed I was on the second floor so that would be an additional cost! It was in the original contract that I was on the second floor! I had to go get a U-Haul myself and have them put my stuff in the truck and move it on my own. I could not afford to pay more money to this company after already paying thousands of dollars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are rude, unprofessional and do not have one single ounce of respect for your their customers time or belongings!

After hounding me with a plethora of calls, I hired 3 Brothers Moving. ONCE THEY GET YOUR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! I must have called 20 times and either got an attitude on the other end or voicemail, regardless, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK AS REQUESTED TIME AND TIME AGAIN! To top it off, they lie. I was told that they were not a broker, that it would be 3 a Brothers Moving Truck that would pack me out when asked. It wasn’t until I called and called that (2 days out from move day) OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE contacted me. Ocean Moving & Storage in Florida was even worse. They showed up 6 hours late, had an attitude, stole my nice dolly and my $500 toolbox, and threw almost everything unwrapped in oversized wardrobe boxes. They showed NO CARE for boxes and items labeled as FRAGILE or identified as ANTIQUES, yet threw things around like kids toys. My one heirloom from my Father was a handmade/carved mahogany bedroom suit that is (was) over 100 years old – DESTROYED! It’s excruciatingly hard to forgive a company that you spend thousands of dollars on, and cares so very little. Obviously these two “Veteran Owned” “Veteran Friendly” companies – it’s just “lip service”! DO YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT A FAVOR – DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND 3 BROTHERS MOVING OR OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE – THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER CALL YOU BACK, AND CARELESSLY BREAK YOUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND IRREPLACEABLE ANTIQUES AND HEIRLOOMS!!!

The movers did not wrap the items they were hired to wrap. Items were placed in barrels and boxes that were unprotected. Most of our items when we receive them were damaged. The movers were very unprofessional and rude. They also told my husband that they receive a 10% tip when they were done. After receiving the damage items we contact the company and they told us to go through CSI if we had a complaint. We went to CSI and after sending the all of the information they offered us $169.00 and told us we could not tell anyone about what happened. I told them to keep the money.

They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, We accepted their bid. The crew arrived precisely on time. There was a misunderstanding on how much packing to be done but problems were quickly negotiated to everyone's satisfaction.
The loading crew was professional, efficient and courteous. Furniture and fragile item were especially well protected.
The delivery in Oregon took 15 days - somewhat quicker that their estimate.
The delivery was well organized and again the crew was top notch.
