Horrible!!!!

It went well.  Yussef, the manager/estimator, was thorough and responsive in giving me a quote for their work.  He stopped by the condo and inspected the window.  One week later, the installer, Randy, performed the work and was also very professional.  He brought the correct replacement parts and installed them properly.  The window now works!!!

I attempted to contact Impact Glass Svcs. Monday morning, 03/18/13, but just received a recorded message when I called their number, so I hung up and tried again that afternoon. This time a "receptionist" answered and took down all of my pertinent contact info as well as a description of the services I needed (repair/replace hardware for two sliding glass doors). She informed me that a sales rep would need to call me back to schedule an appointment. It is now Wednesday afternoon, a full 48 hours since the receptionist took my contact info, and I have yet to receive a return phone call. Needless to say, if and when I receive such a call, I will not be using this firm. I am now in the process of making alternative arrangements with another firm.

Fist, the handle broke off because of the poor quality of the system sold by Impact Glass. In my mind they should have covered the repair under warranty or at least fixed it at cost.
No such luck, I was grossly overcharged for this service. Having no time to shop around, I was charged $430 to replace a handle and casement actuator that costs about $30.
It goes without saying that I will avoid them in the future.
