It went well. Yussef, the manager/estimator, was thorough and responsive in giving me a quote for their work. He stopped by the condo and inspected the window. One week later, the installer, Randy, performed the work and was also very professional. He brought the correct replacement parts and installed them properly. The window now works!!!

Fist, the handle broke off because of the poor quality of the system sold by Impact Glass. In my mind they should have covered the repair under warranty or at least fixed it at cost.
No such luck, I was grossly overcharged for this service. Having no time to shop around, I was charged $430 to replace a handle and casement actuator that costs about $30.
It goes without saying that I will avoid them in the future.
