Julian's Auto Showcase

Me and my husband bought a truck from there on 3/20. I wanted to take it to a mechanic to have it inspected and we had to leave to go take our daughter to work. The salesmen said as you can our cars are 100% Certified and we stand by that....WELLL on 4/12 I replaced the alternator DIY cost $280 for the part, when we were under the car putting the belt on a saw a small amount of oil dripping and within a week of that we got a warning light saying the truck was low on oil so we took it for an oil change on 4/27 & were told that the oil pressure switch was leaking, 5/5 replaced oil pressure switch $75 still leaking, So a week goes by and the oil leak is getting worse oh and we also notice water leaking too, take it to another shop and the main valve seal gasket is bad and he said by the looks of it has been for awhile and someone tried to putty it up so it would stop leaking hence the reason it didn't leak nearly as much at 1st that cost us $542, no I called Julian's Auto on 6/6 and spoke with Brett who is the one that sold us the truck he states "well that's not right we will make this right but I have to talk to my boss" he promises a call back I received no return call I called again on 6/14nd he states he will have is manager Scott call me. Still nothing I call again and ask for Scott I finally get a call back from him on 6/22! I told him everything that was going on and he states to me well we fixed this that ect and he would have to pull the file to get more information and call me back. NO CALLBACK! I called on 6/30 and Scott told me that Troy has been on vacation and he was putting another note on his desk and at the lasted I would get a call by7/5! I also informed scott that the water leak has gotten much worse and the car is eatin antifreeze. Well on 7/5 we had to replace the water pump $295! I sent Scott a text since I had his cell as that is the number he called me from and let him know that I have not heard from Troy and had to replace the water pump too. So we have spent $1200 on MAJOR repairs 75% of those being less than 90days from buying the truck in which we have receipts. I will be calling Baynews 9 and posting this everywhere until this issue is resolved as well as calling the loan company and telling them as well so they know what kind of vehicles they are financing from this company. I am not asking for them to pay all the repairs but at least half as this was supposed to be fully inspected and tested and it wasn't to the point that literally there are 2 lights that have fried ground wires. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from there again!
