They started the day that was promised and those guys really worked hard, plus the Supervisor stopped in at least one time every day that they worked.  The work was done in the amount of time that we were told and when I called the office with a few questions, the customer service young lady was very personable and was able to answer the question that I needed answered right away.

They come every time we call them for a problem.  They are really nice people.  It’s a husband and wife team.

If you want a chemical dump and run, this is a very inexpensive solution. I use them at a rental property and the pool pump/kreepy krawly cleaner wasn't working but they dumped chemicals two visits in a row and didn't bother to mention anything to me to let me know that something else may need to be looked at. By the time I found out, the algae bloom was all over the walls and the bottom was covered in debris (it's screened). Also during this time period they didn't complete the visit card that stays in the control box but assured me they really had visited because their driver had it in his book....like I'm just supposed to take their word for it. If you need a conscientious pool service, this is not the company to use. Spend the extra money and go with someone who will have a vested interest in the overall health of your pool.

I spend $80 a month for pool service. I know both the owner and his wife. They are good.

I think they have one more store and I it is a husband and wife that owns it. The lady ordered the part for me, but unfortunately I hurt both my legs in New Hampshire and was stuck up there in a hospital for three months. She hired a company to fix this part of the pool system, paid for it, and trusted me until I got back. Now that I cannot do my pool cleaning and service, I have them do it. They are a great couple and the husband does the pool cleaning. I spent a couple of $100 on that service.
