I have a regular contract with them to service the pool. They are reliable and service oriented. They are responsive to any kind of problem.

WHEN I CALLED AND TALKED TO RICK AT THE COMPANY ABOUT THE SITUATION, HE AGREED THE EQUIPMENT WAS AT RISK IN THIS SITUATION. HOWEVER HE WAS DEFENSIVE AND MADE NO APOLOGIES. RICK SAID I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE INDIVIDUAL PAT. IF RICK HAD BEEN ANYMORE DEFENSIVE, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN HOSTILE.
