 + -1 moreI have a regular contract with them to service the pool. They are reliable and service oriented. They are responsive to any kind of problem.
Description of Work: They installed a new motor for the pool pump.

 + -1 moreWHEN I CALLED AND TALKED TO RICK AT THE COMPANY ABOUT THE SITUATION, HE AGREED THE EQUIPMENT WAS AT RISK IN THIS SITUATION. HOWEVER HE WAS DEFENSIVE AND MADE NO APOLOGIES. RICK SAID I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE INDIVIDUAL PAT. IF RICK HAD BEEN ANYMORE DEFENSIVE, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN HOSTILE.
Description of Work: THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY PERFORMED ABYSMAL SERVICE. THE POOL BECAME DIRTY THAN IT WAS WITH THE PREVIOUS POOL MAINTENANCE COMPANY. ALSO MY POOL IS EQUIPPED WITH A CHLORAMTIC. PINCH-A-PENNY ALLOWED THE SALT CONTENT OF THE POOL TO PLUNGE TO A LEVEL THAT ACTIVATED THE ALARM ON THE POOL EQUIPMENT. IF THE POOL SALT CONTENT IS NOT KEPT AT AN OPTIMAL LEVEL, THE CHLORAMATIC EQUIPMENT CAN BURN OUT. TO REPLACE THE EQUIPMENT IS ABOUT $2000. THE SITUATION HAPPENED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS.
