They were able to come out the same day I contacted them even though I told them it was not an emergency since we have other toilets. I'm really glad they got us in with the holidays fast approaching.
My husband had started the job, thinking we just needed a new wax seal, but upon resetting the toilet the toilet flange broke. After looking at a youtube video on how to replace it, my husband said he didn't have time to get it done and that we needed to call a plumber.
They came out in a timely manner, did all the necessary repairs, and completely cleaned up (that wax seal stuff is gross!)
The next time I need a plumber I will call them.

I accidentally hit my back-flow with my lawnmower on a Friday night and busted a pipe. Water was leeching throughout my yard and into the street, in full panic mode I called a big name company and they stated that just for them to look at the problem would cost $250 and that they could not guarantee that it could be fixed on the spot. They also stated the soonest they could get to my home was in an hour an a half because their closest tech lived over 45 minutes away.
I called Benjamin at Parrish Plumbers and he stated that he could get to my home within 30 minutes and fix the problem for only $150. Sure enough Ben pulled up right on time with all the proper tools and got to work right away. Unfortunately while he was working it began to pour down rain, but that did not phase him one bit! He continued working through the rain and was able to complete the repair. He was not able to pour the concrete due to the rain but he came back the next day and and poured it for us. Thank you Ben, you saved our day!

Plumber arrived on time, diagnosed problem by digging around main line, then determined he did not have the appropriate fitting in truck to make the repair. Said he would return next morning; actually returned late afternoon. Completed repair satisfactorily and at a reasonable price.

Needed a toliet tank installed.Called,got a quick response and the job was done the next day.

They do a good job, but, I do most of the plumbing myself, but, hot water heaters are too heavy. Plumbers charge too much. They are very professional and do everything to code, that is what is required now, you have to make sure they know the code. I give them good ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
