As always, their service and quality of work was excellent! We put a call in and within a couple of days they were at our house. We even received calls from the person who was performing the work to go over everything. They are really a great Company. I would highly recommend them!

We have used New Zealand Irrigation for the past three years. They are knowledgeable, professional & eager to please. In addition to the Maintenance Agreement, David has had to come for the occasional damage repair caused by lawnmower & vehicle tires. He has always been able to correct any issues we have had including finding our three "lost" selenoid units that no one else has been able to locate. We are happy to highly recommend them.

David and Rick showed up in the rain early and it rained the entire time they were working. They repaired both sprinklers and had to dig holes to bury them deeper so they won’t get hit again. David was very professional and polite.

We started working with David over 2 years ago when we came back from on trip and our irrigation system broke due to lightening and we couldn't shut it off . We called several irrigation repair companies and because it was a holiday weekend no one would answer our calls. We left messages and the only one that called us back was David. Not only he came to assist us as soon he could as he did an amazing job. Since then, New Zealand Irrigation is the only company that we rely on, They are always very responsive, efficient and professional and they do amazing maintenance work as well.

They narrowed it down to a valve, sprinkler heads or delivery line within 20 minutes. They then started their in-depth search. After another 15 minutes they narrowed it down to a clogged filter in one of the valves that feed the drip line. They removed, inspected and cleaned the filter and re-installed it. They turned on the system and it was working perfectly. They were done in less than one hour and were on there way. Total cost to me $50. I have used New Zealand in the past to reroute my irrigation for a pool installation and a couple of other problems over the past few years and they delivered every time. They may not be the cheapest but they are fast, on time and have always resolved my problems with one visit. That verses other Irrigation companies has saved me money every time since there is no rework or second or third visits. Thanks David , Nathan & Patrick.

Arrived promptly, assessed needed repairs and specifications for control, provided a written estimate, and returned the next day to complete installation, repairs and adjustments. Very knowledgeable, and worked with great precision to do all work. Top notch provider in every respect.

David was prompt, courteous and very professional. His attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. Each sprinkler head in 9 zones were checked for coverage and adjusted as necessary. Heads that were too low for the thickness of the grass, were raised to appropriate levels. Broken rotors were replaced. Clogged filters in the heads were cleaned. I am very satisfied with Mr. Payne.

He arrived a little late and had difficulty knowing who I was when I called to confirm our appointment. He was knowledgeable and looked over our 4 zones but spent too much time on a working zone. He did fix a well pump part that I had too run out and buy. I never did get a billing invoice and he only told me verbally the cost. But he did accept an Angie’s coupon for $20. I think I paid him $115 for about two hours work.

They were great. I've used their services before. They made our system operable. They had to move half our irrigation to accommodate the installation of our pool. Once the pool was in they came back and re-plumbed the system to make sure it was operating correctly.

Dave was great. He was on time and had the parts on his truck. He also went the extra effort to show me how to set my sprinklers heads. Had other companies in the past and they never took the time to show me. He did not leave until I undserstood everything. He is definitely the one I will call in the future!

Very polite, efficient and timely! Would highly recommend. They showed me things for maintenance (master shutoff) and did not try to fix everything all at once, just fixing the worst of the worst, so other things could be fixed at a later date. That's like a mechanic that does not try to rebuild the whole car on the first visit, when you still have 6 months left on the tires, etc....

In a word, excellent! The team that was sent was punctual, professional, appropriately dressed and courteous. Truly, this team functioned as engineers, nothing less. All work was completed in a timely manner with the highest quality, no leaks, greener lawn and above all, my wife is happy! David had my system back in order quickly and made a couple of corrections caused by former company I used. I hired New Zealand Irrigation to come quarterly to maintain the system. This week (three months later) employees Joe and Walter came and serviced my system. They were very pleasant and appeared knowledgeable as they explained all tweaks to me as well as suggestions which would make things more efficient. Thus far I am very pleased and feel I have finally landed in good hands. Thank you.

We have used New Zealand Irrigation for the past few months & have found them to be very knowledgeable & dependable. They come when they say they will come & even came on short notice when we had an issue with our system not turning off due to a damaged valve. They have a regular maintenance program which we have now signed up for. We would highly recommend them.
