He contacts us quarterly to schedule an appointment and comes promptly when scheduled. He is quick and thorough. We have had no problem with bugs since we have been using him (3 times). This last time it started raining before he was complete with outdoor spraying, he came back the next day, knocked on the door to let us know he was there, and completed the job.

He is excellent. He is a very nice guy. We have had him for several years now and he has always been very polite. He comes in, gets the job done, and then leaves.

He came to spray and then comes 2 weeks later for free to check on things. Things went fine, hes is very good.
