Some aspects of the renovation went fine, but others were horrible. The cupboards that were installed in the kitchen had to be fixed and re-done more than 12 times for things like maladjusted doors color variations and cracked cabinets. He also never installed the drywall on the walls behind the cabinets. The hardwood floors were installed over concrete, but they were not properly glue down. They began to buckle and swell. I could never get Craig to come back to the house to inspect the work. It took over a year to get the situation fixed. And even then it was very shoddy work. At the end of the original job, Craig would never come back for a final walk-through to discuss the issues that needed to be addressed. In short, Craig will put up The four walls of your house, but somebody else has to make sure that they are straight.
