I gave the guy a printout of the home depot tub i wanted. He drove to home depot on 22nd ave, picked it up and brought it back to the house. He and a helper put it in and plumbed the drain. It turned out fine, and no collateral damge that is possible when handling a heavy steel tub inside a furnished house. The only deficiancy was that they installed a pop-up stopper instead of the the lever kind. I didn't specify so I guess that was my fault. When I asked for them to replace the pop-up, they said it would cost $300 more! So I decided to keep it the way it is. Make sure you are specific before the job starts.

The plumbers from Arrow can take care of my old fixtures. They are always very prompt. They are friendly. They do a great job and their prices are very competitive. They have great hours and I can rely on them.
